Powdery Mildew

Identifier: Commonly looks like white dust scattered across the lawn and is usually first seen around autumn.

Solution: Water your turf with a water/baking soda mix. This mixture will change the pH levels in the turf, making your lawn hostile to Powdery Mildew!

Brown Patch Lawn Disease

lawn-disease

Identifier: Your turf is plagued by patches of dead or dying grass. This is a very common disease and happens year round. The severity of the disease will increase with poor lawn care.

Solution: Brown Patch Lawn Disease should be treated with the appropriate fungicide, which can be found at your local gardening store.

Dollar Spot Lawn Disease

Solution: Best treated by taking away aggravating factors from the turf. This practice is called Cultural Management. Store-bought fungicides can be used as a last resort.
